Overview
Per a telephone conversation with PLRB staff member on April 17, 2019, from Mr. Jim Baruth, Township Land Use Administrator, Sugar Bush Township has not adopted the 2015 Minnesota State Building Codes.
Per its Zoning Ordinance § 9.1 PERMITS, ZONING REQUESTS, AND PROCEDURES, a land use permit is required from the township for "the construction, placement, or enlargement of the exterior dimension of any building or structure, including accessory structures."
